Whether you are an established business or a new startup, this conference offers an excellent opportunity to network, educate, and expand your customer base.

Table Policy
Exhibitor space includes one 4’ × 6’ display table and two chairs. Lunch included. Vendor pricing includes conference admission. Additional representatives may be added for $35 each. Table coverings not provided. Table locations assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Electric and internet services not included. Receive $10 off any program advertisement fee.

Set‑Up & Break‑Down
Set‑up: 7:30 AM–8:00 AM. Break‑down: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM. Early break‑down is not permitted. Exhibitors must remain at their table for the full conference duration.

The program is distributed to every attendee, presenter, volunteer, and exhibitor. It includes session details, presenter information, and conference activities—making it a resource attendees will refer to long after the event.
