I would like to praise the Lord for His love and constant pursuit that has captured my heart. I thank Him for always, sticking His nose in my business, when it came to my relationships. Finally He won as He knew He would and its been six years since I've been single. I do believe God has called me to be single these six years so that He can have my undivided attention, so that He can teach me how to enjoy myself, Millie, yeah I'm alright with just being Millie and knowing I don't need to be in a relationship for the sake of not being alone...I like my quiet time with the Lord and hearing from Him. I do believe I am being refined and molded into His image. I am AWARE of His presence in my heart, soul, all around me, He is there! What joy to share my life with Christ who will never leave me nor forsake me! I am enthralled and overtaken by His love for me and guess what...you can have that love in your life as well. It is THE perfect love, He was born to love me, He died because He loved me, and He rose so I could live in eternity with Him...WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

Praise the Lord oh my soul and all that I have within me. I want to share that the Lord is great and although at times you may think that he is not listening to you. HE REALLY IS!!! Yesterday, Wednesday I was thinking about just staying home because I was tired and though of skipping mid-week service was all over my mind. Had gotten up at 4:30 am, had been to the hospital in Philadelphia, been to the stores, and supermarket and I was just feeling tired. I finally said I will go and the Lord will refresh me. I wrote that account on facebook and I wrote there to the Lord..Please Lord speak to me. And during worship the Lord did point me out and touched me and spoke to me. Thank you Lord ... I was really in need of your touch. Just when you think your all alone.... God is always there! Thank you Jesus and I thank you Almighty God for bringing me to LBGF and for giving me the gift of having such a loving pastor and his kind, caring and beautiful wife. Thank you Lord for John and of course Emilia... your a beauty God bless you. Hallelujah!!!

Hey family, those of you that could not make class 201 Discovering Spiritual Identity and Maturity - you missed a gem. So much information on the basics. It was awesome. You know how Pastor loves to pour into us well this was no different. Its just focusing on the basics and faith cometh by hearing and hearing and hearing. I had to... repent and God has dealing with me because i have not been giving the word first place. Remember when you were young in the Lord and went after the Word, chased it down, hungered for it, chewed it up, took it apart bit by bit, ate until you were full, and could never get full. And now as mature Christians we are missing that same hunger. We have to go back to the Word - we have to Hear it, Read it, Study it, Memorize it, meditate on it and above all apply it. Ready to be made new, and start all over again, drinking milk when I should be eating meat and teaching- good Lord redeem the time and teach me to be a true disciple with Pastors help! Amen

DITTO! ON THE CLASS 201! Wow what a refresher. I mean I know how to study the Bible but this was different for me. I have been "falling off" on my studies, just sort of reading when I get a chance. But this class really compelled me as a leader in the church to MAKE that time EVERY DAY (as the scriptures explain it in Deut. 17:19 LB)to not just read my Bible but STUDY The Word Of God. Sometimes we tend to complicate things in our lives but PRAISE GOD I was provided with a Simple New Testament reading plan that I truly have been sticking to. And already I can feel the difference in my life. Its always good to be fed Spiritually and NOT waiting to go to church to do so. I am excited to continue studying and learning in these classes. Thank you Pastor Barry for taking the time to feed your flock and invest in our lives!

Service was a blessing, The message that was delivered for wednesday night was a refreshing one. I thank GOD for Pastor Barry which is not only a great pastor but a AWSOME Father in the Faith!!! I have been in a few churches as a musician, and I can't think of a better place to be for me now that I found a Father in the faith that is faithful to the FATHER!!!! If you don't have a church home consider LBGF where you will get the WORD of GOD and with understanding!

I just want to give thanks to the Lord for keeping me and my family safe. Yesterday I had water starting to get into the basement and you could even here it faintly "trickling" in, wow of course the first thing I did was throw up a prayer that the Lord would help stop the water from coming into the house, for Him to stop-up the areas where the water was trickling in and just to fortify the walls of the basement because the ground was so saturated with rain. I woke up went downstairs to have my breakfast and just so happen to pass by the door to the basement and took a quick peek downstairs and all I needed to see was a couple of dry patches on the floor and I knew the Lord heard my prayer and answered it. Thanks be to God.

I thank God for his mercy and patience with me. I can be a hard head sometimes and prideful when I am not listening to Him. But the only way to inherit the promises of God is to be obedient. I have gone through various stages with God, especially in Brazil. I went through a period of time in solitude and obscurity, and I learned and grown a lot!! But as I have entered my senior year at Smith College, I have let myself fall into all the stress and busyness once again. Today's service reminded me that I have to stay focused on the prize, even as it is tough right now with all the things I have to get done before I graduate and thinking about the future beyond Smith College. It is all a season which will not last forever. I have to focus on things above and know that God has already given to me EVERYTHING that I need like strength, patience, etc. What I need to do now is believe in His Word and be a laborer. I need to actually partner up with the Holy Spirit because life is NOT going to be easy, but that doesn't mean that I have to chicken out or not ask for help from the Holy Spirit. I thank God for his unending love, all the processes that I will go through in my lifetime that will bring the greatness out of me and also for Pastor Barry and LBGF family that I love so much!! See you all very soon :-)
