The Ministry of Helps is the back bone of every ministry. Every pastor would agree that you can have a vision but if you don't have faithful people around you it makes it very difficult to accomplish the vision. There is a saying, "where God guides, he provides." In other words, God always provide the people needed for pastors to accomplish the task at hand.

The Ministry of Helps is not only vital to any ministry, it is biblical. The bible says in 1 Corinthians 12:28 (KJV)

"And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues."

Right in the midst of all the other great offices God called individuals too, there is "helps."

The word "helps" means to contribute strength or means to; render assistance to; cooperate effectively with; aid; assist.

Notice the word assist, not resist. We are called by God to assist God's leaders in the local church to accomplish the vision and mission God has placed in their hearts.

God has truly blessed Living By Grace Fellowship with great people who understand the meaning and calling of "helps". People who have committed their lives to Christ go the "extra mile". People who have decided to come alongside, shoulder to shoulder in the front lines and dare to advance the Kingdom of God, no matter the cost.
